Dealing with Clinical Trail Inspections

Terms and Conditions 1. Once registration has been completed and submitted, terms under Point 3 ‘Cancellations’ as listed below, apply. 2. Registration fees do not include travel or accommodation. 3. Cancellations. In the event of cancellation, notice must be given in writing at least 24 hours prior to the date of the training workshop, failing which full registration fees will be due. No refunds or credit can be given for failure to attend without 24 hours prior notice. 4. Transfer of the registration to a colleague is permitted if written notice is given 24 hours before the workshop. 5. Certificates of attendance can only be issued to delegates who join the workshop using the email address provided upon registration. 6. Pharma Training makes no representation or offers no warranty with respect to the adequacy of the information for any particular purpose. In no event shall Pharma Training, its affiliated companies, employees, officers and directors, or the authors of information provided be liable for special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, losses, costs, charges, demands, or claims for lost profits or expenses of any nature or kind. 7. Registrations are accepted on the condition that Pharma Training and their staff and suppliers shall not be held responsible for any cancellations or alterations to the program with or without notice and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any inconvenience, loss, damage, accident or death to any person or property.
